Elmer Manatowa, Jr., the principal chief of the Sac and Fox Tribe of Oklahoma, writes to congressman John N. (Happy) Camp to express his disappointment with a recent decision by the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs. The committee has recommended a formula that would result in a loss of approximately $900,000 for the Oklahoma Sac and Fox Tribe.
